The Childhood Risk Factors course outlines the reasons that children and teenagers turn to crime or join gangs, and the needs they're trying to meet by doing so. By understanding these needs, we're equipped to meet them in a safe, law-abiding way and keep our children safe and on the right track. Warning signs of various behaviors, like drug use or gang membership, are discussed, as well as ways to counteract them.

This course is designed for parents, PTA groups, teachers, students working towards becoming social workers or educators, and anyone else who works with children on a regular basis.
